Applications are invited for Fellowship of I.C.P. by nomination on prescribed forms.

Up to ten fellowships are awarded each year. Members of I.A.P.M. with at least ten years of life membership are eligible to apply.

The applicant should have contributed substantially to IAPM and to the subject of pathology in general by way of teaching, research, publications etc.

The application form comprises of Part A and Part B. The nominations should be proposed and seconded by two Fellows of ICP. The completed application form must be sent as one original and three copies of the same along with soft copy mailed to the Secretary, Indian College of Pathologists at the address and email given below.

Downloaded duly completed forms along with Demand Draft/ electronic transfer receipt of Rs. 500/- in the name of Organization of Indian College of Pathologist payable at Chandigarh should be sent to the Secretary ICP and should reach the Secretary ICP before 31st October each year. Provisionally accepted fellows will have to pay a subscription of Rs.5000/- before being admitted as Fellows of ICP.

The pay slips/ original DD will be attached to hard copy submissions of relevant forms and PDF of ETR sent along with the soft copy.

The applications will be screened by Credential committee and approved by the Executive Committee and General Body of the ICP.
